We help people build steadier foundations so growth feels possible, not overwhelming.
BLOOMHAUS offers grounded, evidence-informed guidance that supports regulation, communication, connection, and daily rhythms for families, adults, and the professionals who support them.
This work focuses on what’s happening beneath behavior, burnout, and overwhelm, so change becomes sustainable, not exhausting.
BLOOMHAUS was created for anyone who has ever felt unsure where to begin, disconnected from what they need, or overwhelmed by advice that asks for effort without support.
Here, growth becomes less about force and more about understanding—the systems beneath your habits, the patterns beneath your reactions, and the rhythms that shape your days.
Rooted in experience. Shaped by collaboration.
Guided by evidence.
I’m a speech-language pathologist with over five years of experience supporting children and families across school-based, clinical, and nonprofit settings. My work has included close collaboration with occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, educators, and multidisciplinary teams—experiences that deeply shaped how I understand development and growth.
I’m bilingual and have worked extensively with children on the autism spectrum, where I’ve seen firsthand how regulation, sensory processing, and nervous system support influence communication, learning, and participation. My clinical background also includes continued training and experience in feeding, orofacial myofunctional therapy, AAC, and multiple disabilities—reinforcing the importance of viewing each individual within the context of their whole body, environment, and support system.
Over time, a clear pattern emerged. We weren’t working with isolated challenges, we were working with systems.
I could support communication, but a child’s body was overwhelmed.
I could guide language, but their nervous system was dysregulated.
I could model strategies, but caregivers were exhausted, anxious, or unsupported.
What I was witnessing wasn’t a lack of effort or skill.
It was foundations asking for attention.
Working across settings taught me an essential truth: communication challenges, emotional overwhelm, and learning differences rarely exist in isolation. When we focus on outcomes without supporting the underlying systems—regulation, nourishment, mindset, and rhythm—progress is often limited or unsustainable.
BLOOMHAUS was created from this understanding: to support the foundations that make growth possible in real life, not just on paper.
This work lives at the intersection of my professional training and my own growth.
While my professional training gave me clinical tools, my personal experiences gave me perspective.
Living with anxiety and ADHD showed me something I later recognized again and again in my work: struggling doesn’t mean you’re broken. More often, it means your foundations aren’t being supported.
For years, I tried to push through with effort alone—believing that if I just tried harder, things would eventually fall into place. They didn’t.
What changed was learning to work from the inside out: understanding my nervous system, restoring my energy, shifting how I related to myself, and building rhythms that worked with me instead of against me. When those foundations were supported, growth stopped feeling like a constant uphill battle and started to feel possible and sustainable.
At the same time, I was seeing these same patterns reflected everywhere around me.
What looked like struggle on the outside was often the result of unsupported foundations underneath.
Slowly, it became clear that the challenges I experienced personally and the challenges I witnessed professionally were not separate—they were the same issues, showing up in different ways.
Lasting change happens when we support the foundations beneath behavior, learning, and identity.
BLOOMHAUS is the home for this work, a place where learning feels calm, grounded, and accessible, whether you’re supporting a child, expanding your professional understanding, or reconnecting with your own well-being.
When foundations are supported, growth follows.
Children becoming more communicative as regulation and emotional safety increase
Caregivers gaining clarity and confidence instead of constant second-guessing
Adults learning to work with their nervous system rather than against it
Professionals integrating foundational support that strengthens their existing work
Rather than offering quick fixes or perfection, BLOOMHAUS offers something more durable: clarity, steadiness, and support that meets people where they are and grows with them over time.
